Refund and Returns Policy
At WeCraft Leathers, we take pride in crafting high-quality leather products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return :
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- The item must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration
** Please note: Leather is a natural material. Slight variations in color, texture, or grain are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned :
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with :
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
After review, we will offer a replacement or full refund if the claim is approved.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item :
- We will notify you regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. WeCraft Leathers is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
